I agree totally with the gentleman who wrote the article in regards to Brad!
I have been going to Brad now for 4 years, and I have never received anything but the "BEST" from Brad! He is dedicated to making all customers feel like they are first and foremost in whatever your issues may be. I consider Brad a GREAT FRIEND and even more so, A Great Human Being!!! I will take none of my vehicles anywhere else except to Brad. He may deligate duties to other employees, but I trust that he has the final inspection and say when it comes to letting your vehicle pull out of the garage and knowing that it is ready and safe. He has done some mechanic work for me and I had a small issue with the work that he and his collegues performed and 2 months later when the issue showed itself, he said "Just bring it in and we'll fix it"! NO CHARGE!!! Brad is the best, he is unbeatable in customer service and unbeatable in the work performed!!! I just want to say Thank-You Brad for all you do for my wife and I!
You trully are the best.
I recommend Brad and his team to anyone and everyone! YOU WILL NOT BE DISSAPOINTED!!!

BRAD HIATT PROVIDES THE VERY BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I am writing this review to let everyone know how wonderful Brad Hiatt is. On the afternoon of Wednesday, April 15, 2009 my father and I visited Brad per having my "Subaru outback" inspected. Brad inspected every inch of my vehicle providing HONEST feedback as to what needed to be done. Brad even went as far as to drive around the block several times with my father and I to ensure that my transmission and new windshield wipers were working properly. When we tried to offer Brad a "tip" he simply said "I take great pleasure in serving you. This is part of my job related duty. I cannot accept your money". Brad is efficient, thorough, kind, HONEST, caring, compassionate, professional, personable and funny (he will take the time to joke with you). Brad made us feel like we were members of his immediate family and for this we will always praise his name. Thank you for making our experience with you so wonderful Brad.
