WORST AUTO SHOP EXPERIENCE EVER!!! NEVER GOING BACK! SOOOOOOO RUDE
Absolutely no customer service etiquette at all! Got a referal by a friend who has the exact same problem with their exact same make and model car. I had a horrible experience. They scanned my car to see why my engine light was on, although i had gotten that done for free the day before at auto zone, i was just going to have brake time bobs fix the problem and the owner tried to charge me $39 just for a scan! no repairs were even made. safety and emissions itself which is just about $42 is about how much they wanted just to scan it! so they tried to explain what was wrong with it, which they didnt really seem to understand that kind of problem anyway, and so i asked if he could quote me how much it could cost to get this fixed and he said $800! and i know thats not right, my friend got the same diagnosis fixed in 20 min for FREE. they obviously dont know what they are doing, the man is WAY to old to even know what he is talking about. I was on my lunch hour and had to go, I asked for my keys and he just went off! threw the paperwork at me, said I needed to learn some manners and to leave he wont service my car and to take it somewhere else! i was shocked. i explained i was on my lunch and had to leave, he knew that, his reaction just shocked me, i just needed my keys and had said i would bring it back in 2 days to have it fixed. The owner is out of his mind it appears. worst car experience of my life. I am never ever going back and i let my friend know to not give referals there anymore.

Break Time Bob... The Best Shop In Town For Your Car.
this shop has always got my car in fast. they do GREAT work. wont rip you off. and you get what you pay for. the saftey and emmissions guy tyler is great. he makes sure you and your car are safe... and a word of advice: if you TIP the person who works on your car they will take care of you, they may have more respect for the individual(you)and your car. for most people our car is our only way to get around. so why not take care of the people who keep your car running. which keeps you running free to do what you please. They have been there for years. i will be a coustomer there for a long time... thanks for a job well done... i also like how what they fix dont break a week after your car gets done being worked on. i walk away feeling better than i did walking in. however you cant walk in and have your window worked on, and 1 week later come back and say man you messed up my car, it's now leaking oil... windows and oil dont have anything in common... really people lets use some common sence... it wasn't me with the situation, however i'm sure some of you out they have tryed it before...
