Terrible Customer Service by Cynthia L. at InsiderPages
Last week-end a friend of mine was given some English Toffee from her mom bought from your Rio Grande store. The toffee did not taste good. When she tried to return it she was treated rudely, as if it were her fault your candy tasted bad. Not only was she treated rudely by the server, but by the manager is well! i have enjoyed Cummings candy for many years, both from your stores and super markets. As there is no excuse for bad service, I will be boycotting your company and encouraging friends and family to do likewise.

Cummings chocolates AT THIS LOCATION is the best. There other locations but it didn't taste the same at all. BE CAREFUL that you get the ORIGINAL company. While the prices are a bit high and the people are sometimes VERY nice and others NOT (like all places) YOU WON'T BE dissapointed in the creamy taste..mmm THEY ARE EXTREMLY KIND and EFFICENT when ordering over phone for delivery to another STATE!! PERFECT SERVICE 3x with out of state delivery! MMM I want my 3 flavor light chocolate NOW

I must say that I'm really glad that Cummings Chocolates is finally online. I grew up with Cummings Chocolates as a kid, and I'm really excited to see it growing so well.
