Worst carpet cleaning company ever
This is hands down the worst carpet cleaning company ever by far. We purchased their package after the guy who came out the first time touted what an awesome deal it was. He told us that for an initial $350 with the first cleaning, we would only pay $100 each for 2 more cleanings and that it would cover the entire house and our 2 area rugs. He also gives us his name and tells us to request him. Less than 2 months later we have to have them come out again. I am a major clean freak. I vacuum often, we don't wear shoes in the house, we only eat in the kitchen, etc. But after only a few weeks, our carpets looked awful. Whatever chemical they use, it attracted dirt to our carpets. So we call and request this guy. They say they offer same day appointments on their website, but that is a major lie. We have to schedule for the next week. Two guys show up SEVERAL hours late with no apologies. It is now 8pm and past my kids bedtime. They say they can come back on Friday (4 days later). That would defeat the purpose of getting my carpets cleaned before Thanksgiving company comes over. Then they take less than an hour to do it. Every other company has taken at least 2 hours to do my house with 2 guys. Obviously they were doing a rushed, shoddy job. Then they tell us that it is $200 and area rugs aren't included. They refused to leave till we paid them that. They were extremely rude. What a RIPOFF and SCAM! I'm reporting them to the BBB. If I could give this company zero stars, that would be too generous.
