we used this company to move from Sedona Arizona to Mentor Ohio. All of our boxes were opened and put into new boxes. None of our valuables arrived. Estimate of value lost in this move $32,000. owner said to send pictures of broken items and list of lost items and then he said he would help us. When he received the pictures he said we were liers and would only pay the 60 Cents per pound. He was a sub contractor through Budget Van Lines. He was screaming at me on a 3 way phone in front of the insurance carries Anthem Claims Management, Anthem Arizona. Again We have sent the pictures and list of stolen items to the insurance company because the owner of the company stated he through everything in the trash. Google this company and you will find 3 addresses and go to Rip Off.com. Terriable stories here. My friend that I help return home has lost all of her family keepsakes as well as her valuables. She had a stroke. Owner says that shipment was picked up from a Sedona Storage and everything was stolen from there. I personally put the Items into Storage packed and sealed propely with return address on each box and when the truck arrived 2 days late at 7pm at night the storage was just as I had left it 20 days prior. Nothing touched. The only box not packed and in front of everything was a lap top. If the storage had been broken into this would have been gone. I ask the movers to close this box for us because we were out of tape. They did. The lap top arrived unharmed. When Items arrived my friend signed for everything and she ask why all of the Items were not in their original boxes. She was told they were not packed right and they had to repack to keep everything safe. My friend is so upset that she had a stroke. There is no one to help you be very carefull.
