Steer Clear of this unprofessional place!
I was so excited when I found a locally owned place in slc with good prices for designer clothes! Don't be fooled though, as soon as you walk in the door you are bombarded by the sales person. They follow you around as if you are going to steal, and not only that but she kept pulling things of the rack and shoving them in my direction saying "this is so you!"
I thought I would give them another chance when I wanted to get rid of some designer clothes that I never wear anymore. I was equally displeased the second time. They wanted to give me 7.50$ in store credit for a jacket worth 60$ they were proposing to re-sell for 45$ I don't think so. You are lucky if you get 1/4th of the worth in store credit from this stingy store. There are way better consignment stores that are worth your time and money. Diet store or boutique ? what a put off
When you first enter you are overwhelmed with so much stuff, everywhere..which is cool when you can browse around and take the time to look at everything. But beware its like a used car sales lot, the girl that was working at the time my girlfriend and I went in was all over us, pushing merchandise and making obnoxious suggestions
Most would say good sales person, but no, she was loud and said some strange things referring to us as if we were related to her, like sister, etc... It was a very strange experience to say the least. But just when we thought we could just walk out, we were offered a diet plan. Okay, I looked at my friend as if we walked into Jenny Craigs by mistake.
I could not believe that she tried to sell us a diet product, it was in pill form and had pictures of celebrities as if they were on this pill , I was offended and my friend who is a little over weight was really offended, we wanted to run for the door. She drove us so crazy that we didn't even go to Star-bucks next door ( our original plan ) we just got in our rented car and took off, thinking what a weird experience that was. We are both visiting from up state New York, we had time off from our business meetings and wanted to see what Utah's quaint boutiques were all about, we will not use this as an example...giving Salt Lake the benefit of the doubt. I am sure that Utah has some up-scale places with people working there that have some manors and a bit of class. We have to say one thing. If they are doing so great with clothing and accessories, then why the diet drugs..??
That is such a put off. If people inquire that is one thing but to push it on to your shoppers is just wrong.

A Cool Boutique got Everything, Plus a Warm and Friendly Service:)
I have just noticed a cute Boutique store right by Starbucks on 2100 So. 700 East in Sugar House. My girl friend and I decided to stop by one day and we love fashion. I like pretty much of what I see at Fashion Addiction. It is clean, has a great energy inside and a lots of unique stuff. It has more of my personal taste in clothing, and the prices are fair, too. Their clothes are amazing. Just like what I would buy in the mall brand new but the prices are a lot cheaper. Every clothing item I have from there has survived countless washes, constant use, and exposure to pretty radical temperatures in both directions. None of the buttons have fallen off of anything, and the colors haven't faded, even on some of consignment used items. Everything fits wonderfully and is amazingly comfortable - well worth every penny.
I like to shop there now. I buy my friends and family Birthday presents over there. I want my gifts to be one of the kind. I want them to know that I truly put thoughts in it. Best store ever! It's not even the products themselves but the great customer service. Friendly and warm. During my last visit one of the good ones was I encountered a very helpful sales lady who helped me pick out the best jewelries with the best deals for me. I went out that night. I got so much compliments from them. I felt like a million bucks.
Love Fashion Addiction the Boutique store. You just have to know their products and prices if you're a smart shopper you can get very good deals. But seriously , people please be reasonable if you want perfect quality go to Nordstrom. if you want cheap prices go to Walmart . But I don't mind to pay 10 bucks more to wear something one of kind from Paris in the states.
I love love shop at Fashion Addiction - I've been a loyal shopper for awhile, and I'll continue to be in the future. I love their Japaneses Herbal Detoxification. I love 18pds from it and my co-worker lost 12pds in 3 weeks. I mean WOW. It works. Check it out!
