Honest and friendly
I went to Meineke because I was reffered by a friend, I was told by another shop that I needed new rotors along with my brakes I felt very preasured to buy more than I felt I needed once at Meineke they looked at my mini van and told me o didn't need anything more than the brakes they saves me almost $150 compares to the other shop. They took me outi in their shop and showed me what they were going to do to my van I have never had a mechanic do that before! Their shop was clean their mechanics were knowledgeable and friendly I will return to have work done on my cars.

Avoid at all costs
Do not use this shop. They do not disclose fees, do not perform services, and made threats against us when we questioned a bill of $48 for two minutes and no work performed. The owner cursed at us, insulted us and admitted that if it would make us feel better they would just put it up on the rack and stare at it doing nothing for another half-hour if we didn't like the charges (basically holding our car hostage. He even dangled the keys in front of us as he said it). He threatened to up the bill to $87 if we didn't like the $48 price. DO NOT go to this shop. If you do go, make sure you get IN WRITING what the exact charges for anything (from actually doing repairs, to parts and labor, to their apparent stand-and-stare charge) will be before you let them touch your car.
