Monarch Honda Sucks
Monarch Honda Sucks. It is a bad business with no sense of honor and integrity. They serviced my bike and dented and scratched my gas tank. When I questioned them about it they lied to my face about it saying that the tank was never removed during the repairs and that the scratches and dent were "on the bike when we got it." When I tracked down the mechanic who worked on my bike he told me the complete story that it had fallen off the work bench right in front of his eyes.
They dragged their feet in repairing the damage. It took 5 weeks to get it repainted instead of what should have taken 4 days. They lost the tip to my exhaust and have yet to replace it. They also claimed that the tip was "not on the bike when we got it." That sounds familiar.
They are dishonest and are only out to rip people off and take all of our money. More of their actions are documented at www.MonarchHondaSucks.com
Do not support this business. Monarch Honda is just trying to make a buck and they'll do it however they can. Their upper management has no problem in lying and cheating their customers. Don't go there.
