I requested a new construction home cleaned. They told me they did everything, walls, windows, floors, dusting, heat ducts, etc. The walls were left with stripes where they wiped only parts, the floors were left with streaks from a dirty mop, the heat ducts had dust dirt and debri left in them. They did a good job on the counters & dusting the cupboards. They only cleaned the windows they could reach on foot. They did not show up with a ladder for windows. They did not clean as they had promised. I was promised 100% satisfaction, but when I asked them to fix the sloppy work or to do what they said they would they just started to hound me for my credit card number and were not willing to finish the job. They gave me a bid saying it will be between this and that, promising that it would not be more than the highest number. The owner left me a message saying that it would be about $80.00 more than the highest amount on the bid, she then and only then told me they charge by the hour and that the bid was an accident. I do not appreciate people who do buisness like that. I feel that if you give someone a bid, get their business and change more after the services are half done that is not honest. I would not do buisness with this company again nor would I recomend them to anyone.
