Ratings & Reviews of Park City Cabs & Shuttles
  1. Horrible Customer Service from the OWNER!
Here is a concern that I emailed Park City Shuttle about. Below this email is the reponse that I received from them. I suggest never even stopping on Park City Shuttle's website, or getting anywhere near their business. They have horrible customer service and bad communication. On Sun, Mar 22, 2009 at 8:57 AM, Hello, my name is ------. I had a SUV transportation arrangement from Salt Lake airport to Park city on Wed night the 18th of March, returning today, the 22nd, back to Salt Lake airport. Our trip from Salt Lake airport to our Park City rental was great. The driver was friendly and courteous. I applaud your company and driver for that trip. This morning's driver was another story (he was a different driver than the trip to Park City). We were never notified what time the driver was going to arrive to pick us up to take us to Salt Lake. I just estimated a time that he would be there and I thought 7am was a good time. He arrived at 6:45am and I received a call at 6:55am asking, "are you guys going to be coming anytime soon, because I have other stops to make." I let the driver know that we would be out momentarily. We met him at 7am with our bags ready to be loaded. I told him that he should not rush his customers and that his comments were inappropriate. He didn't care what I had to say and in return said, "you are not my only customers today and I have others to pick up." I told him that we were not even late, I didn't even know what time we were to be picked up. His attitude was horrible. I'm not complaining about the not knowing what time we were to be picked up, because that info. might be in my reservation documentation. I am complaining about the way your driver handled the situation. I felt very disrespected and embarresed in front of my friends and family. I will not be booking with your company again if this is protocol with your employees. One mistake will cost so much in business and I am fairly certain that we are not the only ones who have experienced this type of service. I did not get the driver's name but you will be able to look him up. I tipped him because I did not want to be disrespectful to him, although he was to us. I'm not looking for anything except a guarantee that this will not happen again. I want to refer friends to your company and want to feel good about referring them. Thank you for your time. Park City's response Refer to the email confirmation which we sent you, and to which you replied. You are completely out of line. If you do not know when you are due to be picked up it is no-one's fault but your own. Make an effort. Read the confirmation email which you confirmed. Call us the evening before, if you really do not know. Your pick up was at 6.45 a.m., and not 7 a.m. When people are not ready on time it delays our system. Why should the fact that you could not bother to be ready on time cause the next guest to be late? This is ridiculous. Sessel http://www.parkc (pslb9599, 03/22/2009)

  3. Most Horrible Experience Ever!!!
When I arrived a few minutes early for our booked and confirmed reservation, I discovered my friend was delayed by 20 minutes. When I called to tell the car we would be a few minutes late, the man with the accent (later identified as "Fred") began yelling at me, telling me I was "f-ing stupid", wanted to know "what are you smoking", and was hung up on 11 times in the end. I was then told to "shut-up, shut-up" on subsequent phone calls, and that it didn't matter if we waited the 2 hours it would take them to "see if we have a car", he was going go charge us anyhow, and add extra charges for "being and idiot". Indeed, we never got our car, and I was charged almost double for no services. A direct call to the owner of the company yielded nothing. I encourage anyone that has had a similar experience to report it to the Better Businesses, and all companies the group works with!! (ddh2109, 01/30/2009)
