Great Teachers, but horrible accounting!
The teachers and classes offered by the pointe are very good. My daughter and niece loved their teachers there and learned a lot. But BEWARE of the financial department. My husband and I have been trying to get a refund for summer classes that we didn't sign up for. It's been over five months and only part of the refund has been rewarded. After being so frustrated about the situation, we dis-enrolled our daughter from the dance studio. Though I made it very clear my daughter would no longer be in the class, this months fee was just withdrawn from our bank!! I am still waiting for them to contact me back. We will be lucky to get a refund in the next 6 months! If you do go there, don't do the automatic withdrawal system and watch your finances very carefully.
