I would like to take a second and write what to expect from Provo Pediatric Dental. First off, the Dentist does a great job and is very professional. That being said the billing has been a nightmare! My wife went into the office and had them call our insurance to verify we were covered and what the total bill was going to be. They did this and paid the bill in full. Now a couple months later we get a bill twice the amount of our original! I called and the billing person Cheryle was rude and not willing to work with me at all. After we were told what the bill was and paid 100% the day the work was done, we are stuck with another bill with someone like Cheryle to deal with who is saying it is our fault for having the insurance we have and not their fault. I am not one to ever right a review if I am happy or mad, but this has struck a nerve with me and I want people to know what they may be getting into.
