Very bad work ethic. Hidden fees
We recently took our car there and had a really bad experience. It took them 3 days to diagnose our car and we decided not to have it fixed. We paid them for the diagnosis and tried to get our car back but they left it in pieces so we had to wait several more days for them to put it back together. When we finally got to have it back they suddenly decided to charge us a $30 fee to put it back together (and they didn't tell us about the fee until after they had done it). We refused to pay but they told us they would keep our car if we didn't pay. The manager/owner wouldn't talk to us. We eventually had to pay in order to get our car back. We will never go back there again.
