Shirley's makes the best dinner and sweet rolls I have ever tasted. It practically has a cult following, which is how I heard of the little shop. As far as business and customer service go, most of the girls that work there are on top of it. My order is always ready on time and the girl at the register always has a smile on her face. If you don't know how to order or act like an idiot, of course you aren't going to appreciate how business is done there. I have never heard of anyone "losing" and order or not having it ready on time. But if you are going into the bakery anytime around a holiday, it is going to be crowded and behind on things. (naturally, everyone wants their goods for the holiday)So make sure you place an order early! Visit Shirley's and you wont be disappointed, they don't mess up anything :D
Their Service is AWFUL! I have been there only three times and they have messed up my order twice. The first order I placed, but then changed my mind on the type of rolls before I left the store. When they went to get the order sheet it was gone. The girl at the cash register had just crumpled it up and threw it away because she didn't know whose it was- Great business sense. Then I put in an order for sweet rolls over the phone. When I went to pick them up they said "they had lost my order" but then later confided that they had sold them to someone else because they were afraid I wasn't going to pick them up even though I was there when I said I would pick them up. On top of that they wouldn't make them for the next day because they had too many orders. They messed up and should have fixed it. I'm not giving them a third change. So Done!
