Don't take your vehicle there unless you don't want it back for 5 months, and never get any info.
We took our vehicle to them because they said that they could do the job better than the dealer and at a cheaper price. Well after 5 months, we still do not have our vehicle and have no idea when we will get it. The company never calls us, and when we do want to talk to them, we have to call 2-3 times a day. Which then results in some excuse for the week. After a while the excuses just seem regurgitated from an earlier excuse. They were definately cheaper than the dealer, but now that I've spent extra money for a rental car, the whole experience is way more than what I would have paid at the dealer. Tanner has never once even tried to help us with transpotation, even though they told us the job would only take 2 weeks at the longest. We just surpassed 20 weeks. What a nightmare. I'm glad to see that someone else has had a good experience with them, as for me and everyone I can tell, DON'T GO THERE!!! You will be sorry.

Fair Price, Service OK
Tanner Transmissions ask me to say something about our experince with them. We bought a 1999 Ford tarus transmission repaced in 2004 we bought the ownership warrany. Each year they service it no charge and we have had no problems. I would recomend Tanner Transmosson to anyone.

Good Price, Stood Behind Work
Bought my Son a 2001 Mustang, transmission went bad, shortly he got it. Got it replaced at Tanner and it's held up good. Around $1,600. Had a little trouble about 2 months after they replaced it, took it back they made it right, that why the review. Would recommend to anybody.
