Poor Office Management
After exam I was told I would be notified within 1 week that my contacts were "in". I waited two weeks, then I called them. Was told yes they are here. No one bothered to call. I had to go back and get a different prescription for one eye. Was told it would be a week. I waited 10 days..no phone call. I called them, after being put on hold for 10 min., I was told they would have to call Bausch & Laumb. I could tell by that response it had not even been ordered yet. They said it would be another week. I finally received a call 4 days later saying my trial lens was in. I call this poor office management!
